Next Level U Sports Combine Series Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Next Level U Sports Combine Series. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a fair refund policy that accommodates various circumstances. Please review the following refund policy:

Full Refund Before Registration Closes:

If you decide to cancel your registration before the designated registration closing date, you are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee minus a $25.00 service fee will be charged for your refund.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email ethan@nlusports.com) before the registration closing date to qualify for the full refund.

50% Refund After Registration Closes:

If you choose to cancel your registration after the registration closing date, you are eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the registration fee.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email ethan@nlusports.com) and received after the registration closing date but before the event or service begins.

Refund Process:

To initiate a refund request, please contact our Tournament Manager at ethan@nlusports.com

Include your name, registration details, and the reason for cancellation in your request.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the email and verification of the cancellation request is sent.

Exceptional Circumstances:

In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may consider full or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.

No-Shows:

No refunds will be issued for registrants who do not attend the event or utilize the service without prior cancellation.
